•日本での留学経験や日本企業での就業経験
•ブランド管理、クリエイティブデザイン、または関連する役割での5年以上の実務経験
• IPライセンスの経験があれば尚可
• 日本語に堪能(ニュアンスが理解できる)で、ビジネスレベルの英語または中国語
•設計ソフトウェアとツールに習熟している
•ブランドアイデンティティ、デザイン原則、および市場動向に関する深い理解
•パートナーと効果的に協力するための優れたコミュニケーションスキルと対人スキル
•機密情報およびビジネス情報に関して、常に機密性を維持するために高い誠実さを持っている方
•優れた時間管理スキルで複数のプロジェクトを管理する能力
•独立して働ける且つチームプレーヤーであり、細部にまで気を配ることができる
•必要に応じて、時間外労働を含む柔軟な時間で働くことができる


• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• Education background in Japan or work experience in Japanese company
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a brand management, creative design, or related role.
• Experience in IP licensing is an advantage
• Must be fluent in Japanese (can understand nuances) and business level of English or Chinese.
• Proficient in design software and tools.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, design principles, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal teams.
• Must possess high integrity to maintain confidentiality at all times regarding confidential and business information obtained by virtue of the post.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a good time management skill
• Independent, a strong team player, and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, when necessary.
