パートナーサクセスアソシエイト (Partner Success Associate, Competitiveness Agility Team)

Number of Department members: Approximately 300 employees
in Malaysia. Around 10 Japanese Partner Success members in the organization.

仕事の内容 The Partner Success Associate’s (Competitiveness Agility Team) primary responsibility is to ensure that Expedia Group’s hotels, and all accommodations types in our high demand APAC markets have great rates and room types available for the Expedia Group travelers (including travelers from B2B Demand Partners) at all times.
Partner Success Associates (Competitiveness Agility Team) will also continuously work with Expedia Group’s hotel and accommodation partners to help them improve their end-to-end competitive position taking the most from their participation in the Expedia marketplace.

You will closely work in collaboration with other in-market account management teams to ensure the right and competitive conditions across high demand markets and ultimately provide the best product on EG-branded sites as well as those of our B2B Demand partners.

【What you'll do】
This is a predominantly phone-based role, and you will be reaching out to a portfolio of existing accommodation partners each day. You will closely work with these hotel partners to:
• Optimize rate and availability competitiveness on the Expedia platform to increase customer conversion
• Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers’ pressing needs
• Coordinate with other account management teams to secure an aligned and effective level of competitiveness across high-demand APAC markets
• Educate hotel partners on the self-service features available on Expedia Partner Central to make them independent in managing all the core aspects of our marketplace and make the mutual business more sustainable over the partners’ lifecycle
• Re-establish core fundamentals to re-engage with dormant hotel partners

Take time to shop our sites as a traveler would to identify issues that may not have been identified by our automated shopping tools and help to identify additional root causes of uncompetitiveness


応募資格

<必要条件>
語学: Native or equivalent proficiency in Japanese and business level of English

学歴: Diploma, University Degree; related field; or equivalent
related professional experience

経験: Hotel/Travel -industry experience will be a plus.

スキル:
・Analytical Mindset (Able to do Root Cause Analysis, Curious to identify trends and issues)
・Strong Communication Skills (Able to digest complex and technical information to bite size information to relay to partners)
・Stakeholder Management (Able to convince partners to take action on solutions that are proposed by understanding their needs and how our solutions can address them)

【給与・賞与】
Salary: Salary negotiable based on experience

Probation period: 6 months
Salary during probation period: Negotiable based on experience, does not change after
probation.
