The Requirements:
• Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Approximately 10 years of experience, including around 5 years as a sales manager or equivalent
• Experience in overseas sales
• Experience in develop and create mid-to-long-term sales plans and budgets
• Experience working in a manufacturing company and in a sales role
• Experience in selling Japanese products, especially in the food category, is preferred
• Proactive and results-oriented team player with strong problem solving skills
