The Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Automotive, or a related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience in the automotive industry
• Proven experience in conducting both theory and practical trainings, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
• Preferably, previous experience in the automotive aftermarket and dealership management segment, demonstrating your familiarity with industry best practices
• Solid technical knowledge in the automotive industry, enabling you to excel in your role
• Strong project management and communication skills, essential for collaborating effectively with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), facilitating seamless documentation and presentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
