The Requirements:
・Bachelor's Degree
・At least 1 year of experience in corporate planning roles, business development roles in financial industry or consultant in Consulting firms. If no relevant experience, accounting background would be considered
・Business mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to present solutions to complex problems in a logical and step-by-step manner
・Academic background in business field (accounting & finance, marketing) is an advantage
・Japanese language proficiency (N3 and above) is essential to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
・Professional mindset with high sense of responsibility in business operations
・Strong attitude towards learning new things beyond his/her comfort zone
・Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel
