Business Consultant: 業務プロセス改善/SCMコンサルティング (Associate to Manager Class)



【仕事内容】：

◆コンサルティング部門にて、日系/外資企業様への、業務プロセス/SCMコンサルティングを担うコンサルタントの募集です。

◆Conduct project sales and implementation for strategic/operational consulting project about SCM to improve client’s business performance and also ASEAN market entry strategy

◆Project Sales

・Lead/Support sales activities, develop and maintain the relationship with clients

・Understand the client’s needs/issues and develop the consultancy hypotheses to form projects

・Design project tasks to implement and clarify the goal to achieve

◆Project Implementation

・Lead the projects and manage the schedule

・Constantly communicate with clients to seize and control the clients’ expectation

・Understand team members’ capability and guide the members to achieve the tasks

・Create report structure and develop the contents, present the reports to clients

◆Contribute to business growth
応募資格

【Requirement】

•At least 5years(manager) / 3 years (Senior consultant) SCM consulting experience, especially in demand planning, logistics network optimization, service management related experience in major consulting firms

•Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Cross industry experiences or strong focus in one particular industry (Manufacturer, Energy, Infrastructure, Consumer Goods, Logistics, etc.)

•Project management knowledge and skills with team management experience

•Solid Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) skills

•Self-motivated
