募集ポジション Order to Cash Executive

仕事の内容 We are currently looking for a Order to Cash Executive to:
1.Responsible for engagements validations (a pre-invoicing process to assess impact of contract terms on revenue recognition) & Invoicing, and ensuring these transactions are accurately and timely processed.
2.Ensure overall OTC processing complies with SOX, company policies and audit requirement.
3.Lead / participate in migration/transition of existing OTC functions from APAC Local Countries to the Singapore SSC.
4.Liaise with Local Finance, Project Leaders/Consultants and customers to resolve AR issues.
5.Provide timely resolution on customer invoicing issues, inquiries, disputes etc.
6.Work closely with the countries & APAC regional teams on revenue recognition rules and procedures.
7.Proactively engage in continuous improvement initiatives for the OTC process.
応募資格

Our client needs someone with the following skills:
*Minimum Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in Order to Cash process, especially exposure in revenue recognition.
*Strong interpersonal & communication skills with operations and countries OTC team.
*Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
*Proficient in the use of Windows environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
*Effective communication skills in English and Chinese are essential, working knowledge of other Asian languages, such as Bahasa, Thai, Japanese, Korean will be advantageous.
*Prior experience working in OTC Shared Services Environment will be preferred.
